Scissor lift battery must be packed with heavy-duty plastic shrink wrap and secured with strong tape. It must be supported by sturdy boxes/crates with adequate cushioning material to prevent damage during transit and handling.
Scissor lift battery must be shipped via ground transportation only and must be sent with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All shipping paperwork and documentation must include the RMA number and the original purchase order number.
